Now Google is allowing developers to complete on-line course and attend exam online/ inperson for 6500INR in India or 149USD in other places,
Step 1: Need to prepare for exam by registering in Udacity and pay course fee,

Step 2:"TAKE THE EXAM" and 48hours exam in which we need to do new app tasks and debug and find bugs,which will be evaluated by system and human evaluators.
Step3 : Online interview and its done
Now you will get the Associate Android developer certificate by Google. :)
